Ugh, I admit, I'm intrigued. FitSugar, I grovel just a little bit.

eww, no. what's the point of making the lemonade? i mean, just drink crystal light and save yourself the 600 calories (starving on that sort of diet is basically the same thing as eating nothing, plus you have to be fucking up your insulin pathways by eating sugar only). and, of course, there is a 0% chance that it won't all come back on, unless this is intended to be a long term thing, in which case it's an eating disorder. and even if someone does it for a while, they may lose weight, but their body will compensate (less fat and consumption = depressed hypothalamic axis = lower metabolism, less thyroid hormone, etc.), which will work against them in the long run.
fasts are nice; i think fasting for a day or two can help make people feel better, mind clearer, etc, but extended starvation is just too obvious. and why put it behind a facade of spicy juice?
and what's the point of a laxative if you're NOT EATING ANYTHING? it just dehydrates you. at least the intense calorie restriction diet gets you some basic level of complete nutrition (although living marginally longer is not worth being hungry and obsessive-compulsive, in my opinion).
haha sara you crack me up. luckily i am way too into food to ever actually drink spicy lemonade (and only spicy lemonade) for one day, much less 10 in a row.

oops, sorry, that was me, sara, if you couldn't tell by all the endocrinology references (and gut reaction to anorexia).
